Refund policy:

Full refunds (100%) can be issued up to July 27, 2025.
Partial refunds (50%) can be issued up to August 1, 2025. Refunds will not be issued after this date.
You can upgrade your Dance Pass to a Full Weekend Pass at any time, but cannot downgrade for a refund.
Competition entries can be transferred at any time, but can only be refunded until August 14, 2025.
Competition fees will NOT be refunded after this date, regardless of circumstance.
Passes can be transferred to another person, but this must be done so by emailing summerswingfest@gmail.com before August 8, 2025.
